Traveling from the south turn left at the exit
Traveling from the north turn right at the exit
Follow signs for downtown Middletown
Continue on Roosevelt until it splits and stay right onto University Blvd
Travel roughly a 1/2 mile and turn left onto Manchester Ave
Follow Manchester Ave (cross over Route 4) and YMCA will be on your left
